Bununla birlikte,
meyve kalınlığı, iç randımanı, çotanaktaki meyve sayısı ve yaprak klorofil içeriği
sulama konularından önemli oranda etkilenmemiĢtir.,In this study, the components of 5 kWh photovoltaic system, which is established for
irrigation in hazelnut orchard, installed and evaluated. The research was carried out
at the project site based on irrigation of hazelnut orchards with drip irrigation.
Hazelnut orchard was irrigated in July and August in respect to soil water content
measurement. Findings of photovoltaic system showed that offgrid system with the
batteries is effectively usable for irrigation application of hazelnut orchards. Hazelnut
yield values showed positive response to irrigation water. In the study area, full
irrigation increased hazelnut yield was 89% compared to not irrigated parcel. This
finding indicates that hazelnuts need irrigation water, especially in the south-facing
hillside lands, especially in July and at the beginning of August.
On the other hand, hazelnut yield, leaf water potential, fruit weight and fruit kernel
weight parameters affecting hazelnut yield were affected by irrigation applications.
However, leaf chlorophyll content, kernel ratio, kernel size, number of nut per cluster
were not significantly affected by irrigation applications.
