Lutfullah b. Yusuf known with the pseudonym of Halimi was one of the qadis of Mehmet the Conqueror. He lived in the 15th century and was famous for his Bahru'l-Garayib which is composed of two books on lexicon and literature theory and offers valuable information about the muamma. The author in his book analyzed the sample muamma, established the fictional setting related to the muamma and exemplified it. What makes the book more valuable is that six of the 68 muammas were written in Turkish. It is one of the shortcoming aspects of Turkish literature that Halimi is not included in the ones analyzing the muamma. It should be accepted that Halimi should take place in the 15th century Turkish literature as an author who writes and analyzes muammas.
