dc.description.abstract |
Bu çalışmada İstanbul Eyüp Bölgesindeki Haliç’in mikrobiyolojik ve fiziksel
parametreler kullanılarak mevsimsel analizleri yapılmıştır. Çalışma Ekim 2013 - Ekim
2014 tarihleri arasında yürütülmüştür. Mikrobiyolojik analizler de her hangi bir
kontaminasyonun olup olmadığını test etmek için validasyon yöntemi kullanılmıştır.
Mikrobiyolojik testler için toplam aerobik mikroorganizma, toplam koliform, fekal
koliform ve patojen sayımı yapılmıştır.
Yapılan çalışma sonucunda özellikle sıcaklığın artmasından dolayı Temmuz ve
Ağustos aylarında mikrobiyal yükün maksimum olduğu buna karşın kış aylarında
minimuma düştüğü görülmüştür.,In this study, seasonal investigation from estuary water of Eyüp district of
Istanbul were performed using some microbiological and physical parameters. The
study was performed between October 2013 and October 2014. During
microbiological analyses, validation methods were performed to see if there were any
contaminations. For microbiological tests, amonth of total aerobic microorganisms,
total coliform, total fecal coliform and pathogenic microorganisms were determined.
As a result it was determined that, during July-August period, the amonth of
microorganisms were maximum due to the increase of the temperature. On the other
hand the amonth of microorganisms were minimum during winter. |
