Ruhsal ve Manevi İyileşmeyi Değerlendirme Ölçeği Kısa Formu’nun Türkçe Geçerlilik ve Güvenilirliği

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Ruhsal ve Manevi İyileşmeyi Değerlendirme Ölçeği Kısa Formu’nu (RMİDÖ-K) Türk kültürüne uyarlamak ve psikometrik özelliklerini belirlemek amacıyla yapıldı. Gereç ve Yöntem: Metodolojik tipte olan bu çalışma, Mart 2020 ve Ocak 2021 tarihleri arasında Ordu Devlet Hastanesi ve Ordu Üniversitesi Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi Psikiyatri polikliniklerine başvuran, en az 6 ay önce depresyon tanısı konulmuş ve araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 150 hasta alındı. Çalışmanın verileri, “Kişisel Bilgi Formu”, “Ruhsal ve Manevi İyileşmeyi Değerlendirme Ölçeği Kısa Formu”, “Öznel İyileşmeyi Değerlendirme Ölçeği” ve “Spiritüel İyi Oluş Ölçeği” ile toplandı. RMİDÖ-K’nin dil ve kapsam geçerliliği sağlandıktan sonra, verilerin analizi, açıklayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi, Cronbach alfa katsayısı ve korelasyon analiz testi ile yapıldı. Bulgular: RMİDÖ-K’nin çeviri-geri çeviri yöntemi ile dil geçerliliği sağlandıktan sonra uzman akademisyenler tarafından Davis tekniği ile kapsam geçerliliği sağlandı. Öneriler doğrultusunda son hali oluşturulan form, ön uygulama yapıldıktan sonra 150 katılımcıya uygulandı. RMİDÖ-K’nin orijinal ölçekte olduğu gibi üç alt boyutlu yapısının faktör yükleri 0,503 ile 0,912 arasında, toplam açıklanan varyansı %61.724 olduğu ve üç alt boyutlu yapıyı koruduğu belirlendi. Ölçeğin tamamının Cronbach alfa katsayısı 0.864, ‘Varoluşçu İyi Oluş’ alt boyutunun 0.839, ‘Ruhsal Hastalık’ alt boyutunun 0.773 ve ‘Dini İyi Oluş’ alt boyutunun 0.953 olduğu saptandı. Sonuç: Araştırma sonucunda, RMİDÖ-K’nin Türkçe uyarlamasının Türk kültürüne uygun, geçerli, güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olduğu ve Türkiye’de yapılacak çalışmalarda kullanılabilir olduğu saptandı.

This study was carried out in order to adapt The MiniService User Recovery Evaluation Scale to Turkish culture and to determine its psychometric properties. Material and Method: The sample of the study, which was a methodological type and carried out between March 2020 and January 2021, included 150 Patient, who applied to Ordu State Hospital and Ordu Education and Research Hospital Psychiatry clinic and accepted to take part in the study, were diagnosed with mental disorder at least six months ago. The data of the study were collected with personal information form, MiniSeRvE, subjective rocovery assesment scale and spirituel well-being scale. After the validity of the language and content of MiniSeRvE, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, Cronbach Alpha coefficient and correlation analysis tests were performed. Results: After the language validity of MiniSeRvE was provided by the translationback translation method, content validity was provieded with Davis technic by expert opinions. After the final form of MiniSeRvE was established according to suggestions, it was applied to 150 patients. It was determined that the Turkish form of MiniSeRvE occured such as the original structure, factor loading of three subdimensional conformation was between 0,503 and 0,912, explained variance was %61.724 so that it maintained the three sub-dimensional conformation. It was determined that Cronbach Alpha coefficient of the entire scale was 0.864, existential Well-being sub-dimension was 0.839, mental disorder sub-dimension was 0.773 and religious well-being sub-dimenson was 0.953. Conclusion: As a result of the study, it was determined that the Turkish version of MiniSeRvE was a valid and reliable scale, compatible with culture of Turkey and can be applied in studies which are carried out in Turkey.
