Bu araştırma, Ordu İli ve ilçelerinde faaliyet gösteren işletmelerin genel durumunu
ortaya koymak üzere yürütülmüştür. Ordu’da faaliyete devam eden ve faaliyetine ara
veren işletmelerde dâhil olmak üzere istenilen bilgiler ile işletmelerin görüntüleri
birebir işletmelere gidilerek alınmıştır. Elde edilen bilgiler her işletme bazında olmak
üzere değerlendirilmiştir. İşletmeler Temmuz-Eylül 2014 tarihleri arasında
incelenmiştir.
Elde edilen verilerin değerlendirilmesi sonucu, Ordu ilinde faaliyetine devam eden;
13 adet yumurtacı tavuk işletmesi, 3 adet etlik piliç işletmesi ve kapanan 3 adet
yumurta tavukçuluğu işletmesiyle beraber toplam 19 adet tavukçuluk işletmesinin
bulunduğu belirlenmiştir.
Yumurta işletmelerinin toplam kapasitesi 118200 adet, etçi işletmelerin ise 139800
adettir. Türkiye geneline bakıldığında yumurtacı işletmeler % 0.2, etçi işletmeler %
0.7 oranında pay almaktadır.
Ordu ilinde tavukçuluk sektörünün gelişemediği, bunda yem sanayinin olmaması,
pazarlama imkânlarının zayıf olması ve tavukçuluk konusunda teknik bilgi eksikliği
rol oynamıştır. Mevcut işletmelerde gübrenin değerlendirilmesi, yem ve pazarlama
konusunda sıkıntı yaşanmaktadır.
Tavukçuluğun gelişmesi için yem sanayinin kurulması, üreticilerin eğitilmesi ve
üretici birliklerinin kurulmasının teşvik edilmesi gereklidir.,
This study was carried out to reveal the general situation of poultry enterprises in
Ordu and districts of Ordu province. Data on the state of enterprises, including on the
enterprises both continue to work and take a break to work, were gathered from
enterprises by visiting. Obtained data were evaluated on the basis of each enterprises.
Enterprises were investigated between July and September 2014.
In the result of evaluating the obtained data. It was determined that there were in
total 19 poultry enterprises, 13 of these were laying enterprises, 3 of these were
broiler enterprises and 3 laying enterprises were closed in Ordu.
The total capacities of the laying enterprises were 118200 eggs and 139800 chickens
for broiler enterprises. Looking at the situation in general in Turkey, laying and
broiler enterprises have a share as % 0.2 and % 0.7, respectively.
It was seen that poultry sector could not developed, and lack of feed industry, weak
marketing opportunities and lack of technical knowledge on poultry had roles in this
situation. Troubles are experienced on benefiting from manure, feed and marketing
in existing enterprises.
For the development of poultry sector the establishment of the food industry, training
the producers and encourage the establishment of producers associations are
required.
