Bu araştırmada, tüm karasularımızda yayılım gösteren Eriphia verrucosa yengeç
türünün biyo-ekolojik özellikleri araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla 1350 adet birey Şubat
2012-Ocak 2013 tarihleri arasında Ordu ili kıyısal alandaki farklı istasyonlardan elde
edilmiştir. Toplam yakalanan yengeçlerin 392 (%29.04) adeti dişi, 958 (%70.96)
adeti erkek birey ve cinsiyet oranları 1:0.41 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Bireylerin
ortalama karapaks uzunluğu (KU) ve karapaks genişliği (KG) sırasıyla dişilerde
4±0.03 cm ve 5.57±0.05 cm, erkeklerde 4.92±0.02 cm ve 6.76±0.03 cm’dir.
Karapaks uzunluğu-ağırlık ilişkisi W=1.1882KU2.9013, karapaks genişliği-ağırlık
ilişkisi W=0.3695KG3.0267 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Yumurtalı dişilere Mayıs-Ağustos
ayları arasında rastlanılmıştır. Bir dişinin toplam yumurta sayısı 15 288-165 242
adet/birey arasında değişim göstermiş ve ortalama yumurta sayısı 82 150±6 208
adet/birey olarak tespit edilmiştir. Ortalama yumurta çapı 567.88±8.98 µ’dur. Tüm
bireylere ait en yüksek kondisyon faktörü Haziran ayında (104.37), en düşük
kondisyon faktörü Ağustos ayında (98.42) tespit edilmiştir. Deformasyonlu 617
bireyden 198 (% 32.1)’i dişi, 419 (% 67.9)’u erkek olarak tespit edilmiştir.
Yengeçlerin 449 adetinin sol kıskacında, 216 adetinin ise sağ kıskacında boyutsal
farklılıklar ya da farklı tipte deformasyonlar gözlenmiştir. Pavuryaların kıskaç
etlerinden belirlenen ham protein, ham yağ, nem ve ham kül miktarları ortalama
sırasıyla 20.24 g, 0.95 g, 76.40 g ve 2.34 g/100 g olarak belirlenmiştir.,In this study, bio-ecological characteristic of Eriphia verrucosa, which is a crab

288-165 242 and the average fecundity 82 150±6 208. The average egg diameter was
567.88±8.98 µ. Condition factor value was observed the highest in January (104.37)
and the lowest value in August (98.42). It is determined that there are 198 female (%
32.1) and 417 male (% 67.9) of 617 deformed crabs. Different types of deformation
or dimensional differences are observed at left claw of 449 crabs and right claws of
216 crabs. Crude protein, crude lipid, moisture and crude ash contents of warty crab
