mg kg-1
humik asit dozunda ve amonyum nitrat gübre uygulamasından elde edilirken;
bulunduğu belirlenmiştir.,In this study, effects of different humic acid and nitrogen fertilizers applications on the
nutrient contents of two different lettuce plants and some soil properties after
harvesting were investigated. For this purpose, doses of 0-400-800-1200 mg kg-1
of
two different liquid humic acids were applied together with ammonium nitrate and
urea fertilizer.
According to the results of the study, while the highest fresh and dry weight in Model
lettuce cultivar was obtained from 800 mg kg-1
humic acid and ammonium nitrate
fertilizer application, in Carmesi lettuce cultivar 800 and 400 mg kg-1 was obtained
from urea and ammonium nitrate fertilizer respectively. The nitrate, total N, Ca, Cu,
Zn and Mn content of the plants increased with increasing dose of humic acid, but Mg
content was generally determined to decreased regularly. The potassium content of the
plant generally increased until 800 mg kg-1
, and Fe content increased until 800-1200
mg kg-1
humic acid doses.
It was determined that post harvest the soil pH decreased after 400 mg kg-1
humic acid,
and phosphorus in soil was decreased regularly. Nitrogen and K contents of the soil
were observed in a regular increase; Fe, Cu, Zn and Mn contents of soil were
determined to increase regularly until 800 mg kg-1
. As a result, it has been that the
application doses of humic acid and nitrogen fertilizers types have statistically
significant effects on both growth of lettuce and soil properties.
