Kudüs Eşrafından Hüseyni Ve Halidi Aileleri

Abstract

2020 yılı Filistin’in Türk hâkimiyetinden çıkışının 103. yıl dönümüdür. Filistin, 1917’den günümüze kadar dünyanın en problemli bölgelerinden biridir. Gerek 1917-1948 yılları arasında Filistin’deki Fransız, İngiliz manda yönetimi ve gerekse 1948’den günümüze İsrail’e karşı Filistin ulusal hareketini şekillendiren, dünya kamuoyuna tanıtan ve bu sorunu bölgesel olmaktan çıkaran Filistin’de iki önemli aile bulunmaktadır. Bunlar siyasi ve ekonomik nüfuzu günümüzde de devam eden Hüseynî ve Halidî aileleridir. Bu aileler Osmanlı Devleti’nin son döneminde siyasi Siyonizm meselesine de ilk dikkat çeken kişilerdir. Bu aileler, bulundukları yerelin Hanedan-ı Kadiminden oldukları için bölgede krizlerle geçen yıllarda da nüfuzlarını arttırmışlardır. Günümüz İsrail ve Filistin meselelerini anlamak için bu ailelerin gerek Osmanlı döneminde ve gerekse Filistin’in Fransız ve İngiliz mandasındaki tutum ve davranışlarının bilinmesi gerekir. Stratejik ve kutsal bölge olan Kudüs’te siyasi ve dini alanlarda oldukça önemli rol oynayan Hüseynî ve Halidî aileleriyle ilgili yeterli Türkçe çalışma yoktur. Bu çalışma Türk tarihçiliğindeki bu eksikliği gidermeyi amaçlamaktadır.

2020 is the 103nd anniversary of Palestine’s exit from Turkish domination. Palestine is one of the most problematic regions of the World since 1917. There are two important families in Palestine that shaped the French, British mandate management in Palestine between 1917-1948 and the Palestinian national movement against Israel since 1948, introducing it to the World public opinion and removing this problem from being regional. These are the Hüseynî and KHalidî families, whose political and economic influence continues today. Since these families were among the leading figures of Jerusalem, they served as mayor of Jerusalem and Jerusalem deputies during the Ottoman period. They are also the first to draw attention to the issue of political Zionism in the last period of the Ottoman Stete. Since these families were from the Dynasty of their locals, they increased their influence in the region in the past years with crises.to understand today’s Israeli and Palestinian issues, it is necessary to know the attitudes and behaviors of these families both in the Ottoman period and in the French and British mandate of Palestine. There are not enough Turkish studies on the Huseyni and Halidî families, which play a very important role in political and religious areas in Jerusalem, which is the strategic and sacred region. This study aims to overcome this short coming in Turkish historiography.
