Gebelik Stresini Değerlendirme Ölçeği’nin Türkçe Geçerlik ve Güvenirlik Çalışması

Abstract

Amaç: Bu araştırma, Chen (2015) tarafından geliştirilen Gebelik Stresini Değerlendirme Ölçeği (GSDÖ-36)’ni Türkçe’ye uyarlayarak, geçerlik ve güvenirliğini incelemek amacıyla yapıldı. Gereç ve Yöntem: Metodolojik tipte olan çalışmanın örneklemine gebe polikliniğine gebelik izlemi için gelen 360 gebe alındı. Veriler kişisel bilgi formu ve GSDÖ-36 ile toplandı. Kişisel bilgi formu ve GSDÖ-36 gebe kadınların kendileri tarafından dolduruldu. GSDÖ-36’nın dil ve kapsam geçerliği sağlandıktan sonra, verilerin analizinde açıklayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi, Cronbach alfa katsayısı, korelasyon analiz testi, t testi, One Way ANOVA ve korelasyon analiz testi kullanıldı. Bulgular: GSDÖ-36’nın İngilizce özgün formunun Türkçe geçerlik güvenirliği için, çeviri-geri çeviri tekniği kullanıldı. Türkçe dil eşdeğerliği sağlanan GSDÖ-36, uzman görüşüne sunularak öneriler doğrultusunda gerekli düzeltmeler yapıldı ve kapsam geçerliği sağlandı. Açıklayıcı faktör analizi sonucunda, GSDÖ-36’nın orijinal formunda olduğu gibi beş alt boyutlu yapısı olduğu ve modele ait faktör yüklerinin 0.453-0.807 arasında değiştiği bulundu. GSDÖ-36’nın Cronbach alfa katsayısı 0.923 bulundu. GSDÖ-36’nın “Gebelik, doğum eylemi süreci ve doğumda, anne ve bebek açısından güvenli süreç arayışından kaynaklanan stres” alt boyutu için 0.846, “Bebek bakımı ve değişen aile ilişkilerinden kaynaklanan stres” alt boyutu için 0.868, “Annelik rolünün tanımlanmasından kaynaklanan stres” alt boyutu için 0.813, “Sosyal destek arayışından kaynaklanan stres” alt boyutu için 0.835 ve “Değişen fiziksel görünüm ve fonksiyondan kaynaklanan stres” alt boyutu için 0.856 saptandı.

Aim: This study was conducted to evaluate the reliability and validityby adapting to Turkish of the Pregnancy Stress Rating Scale (PSRS-36) developed by Chen (2015). Material and Method: The sample of study of methodologically type included 360 volunteer pregnant womenadmitted to the pregnancy outpatient clinic. The data were collected with questionnaire form and PSRS-36. The questionnaire form and PSRS36 were filled in by pregnant women themselves. In data analysis were used Cronbach's alpha coefficient, explanatory and confirmatory factor analysis after the language and content validity of PSRS-36. Also, correlation analysis test, t-test and One Way ANOVA were used. Results: The translation-back translation technique was used for the reliability and validity of the Turkish version of the PSRS-36 in English. The PSRS-36, which was provided with the Turkish language, was presented to the expert opinion and the necessary corrections were made in line with the suggestions and the validatiy is approved. As a result of the explanatory factor analysis, it was found that the PSRS36 had five sub-scales structure as in the original form, and the factor loads of the model changed between 0.453-0.807. In this study, the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of Turkish version of total PSRS-36 was 0.923. Cronbach alfa values of sub-scales of PSRS-36 Turkish version; 0.846 for "Stress from seeeking safe passage for mother and child through pregnancy, labor, and delivery" subscale, 0.868 for "Stress from baby care and changing family relationship" subscale, 0.813 for "Stress from maternal role identification" subscale, 0.835 for "Stress from social support seeking" subscale and 0.856 for "Stress from altered physical appearance and function" subscale. Conclusion: As a result, it was determined that the Turkish version of PSRS-36 was a valid and reliable measurement tool.
