Abstract

Kur’ân-ı Kerîm, indirilmeye başladığı günden itibaren, insanlar ona sadece iman etmekle ve amel etmekle kalmamış, “Rabbimizin muradını daha iyi nasıl anlarız” diye pek çok yorum ve görüş ileri sürmüşlerdir. Kur’ân’ı Kerim’i ve Hz. Peygamberin sünnetini derinden mütâlaetme ve diğer nesillere aktarma çabası içine girmişlerdir. İşte bu çaba doğrultusunda Kur’ân İlimleri denilen Ulûmu’l- Kur’ân başlığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Günümüze gelene değin bu başlık altında pek çok konu İslam bilginleri tarafından incelenmiş, araştırılmış ve sayısız fikir üretilmiştir. Ulûmu’l- Kur’ân başlığı altında pek çok konu bulunmaktadır. Her bir konu Kur’ân’ı ve Sünneti anlamayı kolaylaştıracak argümanlardan meydana gelmektedir. Peki bu ilme vâkıf olmak kişiye ne kazandırır? İşte bu noktada konunun ne denli önemli olduğu ortaya çıkmaktadır. Âyetlerde murad edilenin ne olduğunu anlayabilmek için, âyette yer alan kelimelerin muhtemel anlamlarını iyi bilmek, nüzûl ortamına vakıf olmak, âyetlerin siyak ve sibakına bakarak değerlendirebilmek gerekmektedir. Mamafih insana bu beceri ve anlayışı Ulûmu’l-Kur’ân konularını biliyor olmak kazandıracaktır. Kur’ân’ı mehcûr bırakmamak adına onu okumaya, anlamaya ve yaşamaya gayret etmesi her insanın kulluk ödevidir.

From the day the Qur’an began to be revealed, people not only believed in it and did it, but also put forward many interpretations and opinions: “how do we better understand the Murad of our Lord?” The Qur’an and the Prophet. They made an effort to deeply observe the Sunnah of the prophet and pass it on to other generations. In line with this effort, the title of Ulumul-Qur’an, called Qur’anic Sciences, emerged. Until today, many topics have been studied, researched and countless ideas have been produced by Islamic scholars Under this title. There are many topics under the title of ulumul-Qur’an. Each issue consists of arguments that will make it easier to understand the Qur’an and the Sunnah. So, what does being a foundation for this knowledge give a person? At this point, it becomes clear how important the issue is. In order to understand what is murad in the verses, it is necessary to know the possible meanings of the words contained in the verse well, to be aware of the Nuzul environment, to be able to evaluate them by looking at the Siak and sibak of the verses. However, Man will gain this skill and understanding to know the subjects of the Ulumul-Qur’an. It is the duty of every person to strive to read, understand and live in order not to leave the Qur’an mehcur.
