Kardiyak Öz-Yeterlilik Ölçeği'nin Türkçe Geçerlik ve Güvenirlik Çalışması

Abstract

Amaç: Bu araştırma "Kardiyak Öz-Yeterlilik Ölçeği'nin" Türkçe geçerlik ve güvenirliğini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Araştırma metodolojik türde 25 Mart 2023- 15 Mayıs 2024 tarihleri arasında koroner arter hastaları üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın evrenini, Giresun Üniversitesi Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi Kardiyoloji Kliniğinde yatan hastalar, örneklemini ise, Kardiyoloji Kliniğinde yatan ve araştırma kriterlerine uyan 400 hasta oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın verileri "Hasta Tanıtım Formu", "Kardiyak Öz-Yeterlilik Ölçeği" ve "Kronik Hastalıklarda Öz-Etkililik Ölçeği" ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde tanımlayıcı istatistikler, korelasyon testi, t testi, açıklayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ve cronbach α güvenirlik katsayıları kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Ölçeğin Türkçe uyarlamasında çeviri-geri çeviri tekniği kullanılmıştır. Ölçeğin kapsam geçerlik indeksi 1.0 bulunmuştur. Ölçeğin KMO değeri 0.878 ve Bartlett testinin istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu belirlenmiştir (p<0.001). Ölçekte toplam varyansın %53.55'ini açıklayan 2 faktörlü (Kontrol Semptomları ve İşlevi Sürdürme) bir yapı oluşmuştur. Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizinde modelin uyum indekslerinin χ2/df = 2.172, GFI = 0.91, AGFI = 0.87, CFI = 0.95, IFI = 0.95, TLI = 0.93, NFI= 0.91 RMSEA = 0.07 iyi ve kabul edilebilir olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Cronbach Alfa katsayısı toplam ölçek için 0.88, Kontrol Semptomları alt boyutu için 0.86 ve İşlevi Sürdürme alt boyutu için 0.76 olarak bulunmuştur. Ölçeğin birleşik güvenirliği yüksek bulunmuş ve yakınsak geçerliği sağlanmıştır. Sonuç: Kardiyak Öz-Yeterlilik Ölçeği Türk toplumu için geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçüm aracıdır.

Aim: This study was conducted to determine the Turkish validity and reliability of the "Cardiac Self-Efficacy Scale". Material and Method: The research was conducted methodologically on coronary artery patients between March 25, 2023 and May 15, 2024. The population of the study consisted of patients hospitalised in the Cardiology Clinic of Giresun University Training and Research Hospital, and the sample consisted of 400 patients hospitalised in the Cardiology Clinic who met the research criteria. The data of the study were collected with "Patient Introduction Form", "Cardiac Self-Efficacy Scale" and "Self-Efficacy Scale in Chronic Diseases". Descriptive statistics, correlation test, t test, exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses and cronbach α reliability coefficients were used to evaluate the data. Results: Translation-back translation technique was used in the Turkish adaptation of the scale. The content validity index of the scale was found to be 1.0. The KMO value of the scale was 0.878 and Bartlett's test was statistically significant (p<0.001). A 2-factor structure (Control Symptoms and Maintenance of Function) explaining 53.55% of the total variance was formed in the scale. In the Confirmatory Factor Analysis, it was determined that the fit indices of the model were χ2/df = 2.172, GFI = 0.91, AGFI = 0.87, CFI = 0.95, IFI = 0.95, TLI = 0.93, NFI = 0.91, RMSEA = 0.07 were good and acceptable. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was found to be 0.88 for the total scale, 0.86 for the Control Symptoms subscale and 0.76 for the Maintenance of Functioning subscale. The combined reliability of the scale was found to be high and convergent validity was ensured. Conclusions: Cardiac Self-Efficacy Scale is a valid and reliable measurement tool for Turkish society.
