Afet Hemşireliği İçin Öğrenme İhtiyaçları Ölçeğinin Türkçe Geçerlilik ve Güvenirliği

Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışma "Afet Hemşireliği İçin Öğrenme İhtiyaçları Ölçeğinin Türkçe geçerlik ve güvenirliğinin yapılması amacıyla gerçekleştirildi. Gereç ve Yöntem: Bu araştırma metodolojik tipte bir araştırmadır. Çalışma 18.12.2023-20.05.2024 tarihleri arasında, Ordu Üniversitesi Sağlık Bilimleri Fakültesi Hemşirelik Bölümünde okuyan 400 hemşirelik öğrencisi üzerinde geçekleştirildi. Veriler, bireysel özellikler formu ve afet hemşireliği için öğrenme ihtiyaçları ölçeği ile toplandı. Ölçeğin dil geçerliliği için çeviri-geri çeviri, kapsam geçerliliği için ise Davis tekniği kullanıldı. Verilerin analizinde sayı, yüzde, aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, korelasyon testi ve t testi kullanıldı. Ölçeğin geçerliliği; dil, kapsam ve yapı geçerlilik analizleri ile güvenirliği ise; iç tutarlılık ve zamana göre değişmezlik ile değerlendirildi. Araştırmayı yürütebilmek için Ordu Üniversitesi Klinik Araştırmalar Etik Kurulundan onay ve Sağlık Bilimleri Fakültesi Dekanlığından kurum izni alındı. Bulgular: Araştırmaya katılan öğrencilerin yaş ortalaması 20.75±2.12'dir. Öğrencilerin %78'inin kadın, %26'sının 3. sınıf öğrencisi olduğu, %87'sinin afet ile ilgili bir eğitim almadığı, %57.3'ünün afete maruz kalmadığı, %54.2'sinin bilgi kaynağı olarak interneti kullandığı belirlendi. Ölçeğin kapsam geçerlilik indeksi 0.97'dir. Ölçeğin Cronbach's alfa değerleri 0.890 ile 0.926 arasında elde edilmiş olup, toplam cronbach's alfa değeri 0.944 ile oldukça güvenilir olduğu belirlendi. Ölçeğin Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin değeri 0.944; Bartlett's değeri x2=4940.018; p=0.000'dır. Ölçeğin test re-test ölçümleri arasında r=0.808 düzeyinde pozitif yönlü, anlamlı ilişki olduğu belirlendi. Sonuçlar: Afet hemşireliği için öğrenme ihtiyaçları ölçeğinin kapsam geçerliliği, yapı geçerliliği ve iç tutarlılık açısından iyi düzeyde olduğu ve geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçüm aracı olduğu belirlendi. Afet hemşireliği için öğrenme ihtiyaçları ölçeği, hemşirelik öğrencilerinin afet hemşireliği açısından öğrenme ihtiyaçlarının belirlenmesinde kullanılabilir.

Aim: This study was carried out to determine the Turkish validity and reliability of the "Learning Needs for Disaster Nursing" scale. Material and Method: This research is a methodological type research. The study was conducted between 18.12.2023-20.05.2024 on 400 nursing students studying at Ordu University, Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Nursing. Data were collected with the individual characteristics form and the learning needs scale for disaster nursing. Translation-back-translation was used for the language validity of the scale, and Davis technique was used for content validity. Number, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, correlation test and t test were used to analyze the data. Validity of the scale; Language, content and structure validity analysis and reliability; It was evaluated by internal consistency and time invariance. In order to conduct the research, approval was obtained from the Ordu University Clinical Research Ethics Committee and institutional permission was obtained from the Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences. Results: The mean age of the students participating in the study was 20.75±2.12 years. It was determined that 78% of the students were female, 26% were 3rd year students, 87% did not receive any education about disaster, 57.3% were not exposed to disaster, and 54.2% used the internet as a source of information. The content validity index of the scale is 0.97. Cronbach's alpha values of the scale were obtained between 0.890 and 0.926, and it was determined to be quite reliable with a total Cronbach's alpha value of 0.944. The Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin value of the scale is 0.944; Bartlett's value x2=4940.018; p=0.000. It was determined that there was a positive, significant relationship between the test-retest measurements of the scale at the level of r = 0.808. Conclusions: It was determined that the learning needs scale for disaster nursing was at a good level in terms of content validity, construct validity and internal consistency and was a valid and reliable measurement tool. The learning needs scale for disaster nursing can be used to determine the learning needs of nursing students in terms of disaster nursing.
