Ortak Sinemasal Anlatı Özellikleri Bakımından 2010 Sonrası Güney Kore Sineması

Abstract

Tarihsel süreç içerisinde yaşadığı birçok toplumsal olaydan etkilenen sinema, bu olayları yeniden üretim halinde seyircilere sunmaktadır. Yeniden üretimi de dönem içerisinde yaşamış insanların sonraki yıllarda sinemasal aktörler olarak aktif konuma geçmeleriyle sağlamaktadır. Yıllar içerisinde etkisini uzun süre hissettirecek tarihi, siyasi ve toplumsal travmalar yaşayan Güney Kore’nin bu travmaları sinemasında anlatması beklenilen bir durumdur. Bu çalışma Güney Kore Sineması’nın 2010 sonrası dönemini araştırmaktadır. İlk olarak kronolojik bir biçimde Güney Kore sinema tarihi incelenmiştir. Tarihsel olarak sinemayı ve toplumu etkileyen faktörlerden yola çıkılarak Güney Kore Sineması dönemlere ayrılmıştır. İnceleme sırasında Güney Kore sineması ve onu etkileyen her türlü siyasal, tarihsel ve toplumsal olaylar açıklanmıştır. Daha sonra 2010 sonrası Güney Kore sinemasının özellikleri ve 2010 öncesi dönemde kendisini gösteren temalar belirlenmiştir. Çalışmanın son bölümünde ise amaçlı örnekleme yöntemi içerisinde ölçüt örneklem kullanılarak seçilen filmler, tematik film analizi yöntemiyle incelenmiştir. Bu filmlerle birlikte 2010 sonrası Güney Kore sinemasında işlenen temalar açıklanmış ve ortak bir tematik anlatının varlığı ortaya konmuştur.

Influenced by many social events in the historical process, cinema presents these events to the audience in reproduction. Reproduction is provided by the people who lived in the period to become active as cinematic actors in the following years. It is expected that South Korea, which has experienced historical, political, and social traumas that will make its impact felt for a long time, will explain these traumas in its cinema. This study investigates the post-2010 period of South Korean Cinema. First of all, the history of South Korean Cinema was examined chronologically. Historically, South Korean Cinema is divided into periods based on the factors affecting cinema and society. During the examination, South Korean Cinema and all kinds of political, historical, and social events affecting it are explained. Then, the characteristics of post-2010 South Korean Cinema and the themes that showed themselves in the pre-2010 period were determined. In the last part of the study, the films selected using criterion sampling in the purposive sampling method were examined by thematic film analysis. As a result, with these films, the themes in post-2010 South Korean Cinema were explained and the existence of a common thematic narrative was revealed.
