Tasavvuf Kültüründe Hz. Ömer

Abstract

Hz. Ömer, Hulefâ-yi Râşidin'in ikincisidir. Hz. Ömer, araştırmalarda daha ziyade devlet adamlığı, adaleti ve fikhî yönüyle ön plana çıkmaktadır. Bu araştırmanın amacı, Hz. Ömer'in tasavvuf disiplini içerisindeki yerini tespit etmek ve onun örnek kişiliğini ortaya koymaktır. Çalışma, giriş bölümünün ardından iki bölüm halinde oluşturulmuş ve sonuç kısmıyla nihayete erdirilmiştir. Girişte; araştırmanın konusu, amacı, yöntemi ve kaynaklarına yer verilmiştir. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde; Hz. Ömer'in hayatı hilafet öncesi, hilafet dönemi ve vefatı şeklinde üç kısımda incelenmiştir. Hilafet öncesi dönemde, Hz. Ömer'in nesebine, kişiliğine, evliliklerine, Müslüman oluşuna ve Hz. Peygamber dönemindeki Hz. Ömer'e yer verilmiştir. Hilafet döneminde Hz. Ömer'in icraatlarına ve devlet yönetimine değinilmiş son olarak da vefatı incelenmiştir. Birinci bölümün devamında Hz. Ömer'in faziletine, Hz. Peygamber'in ve ashabın onun hakkındaki övgü dolu sözlerine yer verilmiştir. Daha sonra onun tefsir, hadis, fikih ve edebiyat ilimlerindeki yerine değinilerek birinci bölüm bitirilmiştir. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde; tasavvuf ilminde Hz. Ömer'e yer verilmiştir. Bu bölümde öncelikle tasavvuf klasiklerinde Hz. Ömer'den nasıl bahsedildiğine değinilmiştir. Sonrasında Hz. Ömer'in tarikatlar döneminde tasavvufa nasıl ki ettiği ele alınmış, Hz. Ömer'e nispet edilen Ömeriyye yolundan bahsedilmiştir. İkinci bölümün devamında, zühd- takva, vera', firâset, isâr, adâlet, celâl, edep, haşyet- heybet, tevessül, uzlet, velayet ve kerâmet gibi tasavvufi kavramlar çerçevesinde Hz. Ömer hakkında detaylı bir inceleme yapılmıştır. Hz. Ömer'in, tasavvuf disiplini içerisindeki yeri yadsınamaz. Zira Hz. Ömer, Hz. Ebu Bekir ve Hz. Ali kadar tarikatlere etki etmemekle beraber, zühd- takva, vera', firäset, isâr, adâlet, celâl, edep, haşyet- heybet, tevessül, uzlet, velayet ve kerâmet gibi tasavvufta sık kullanılan kavramlara örneklik teşkil eden önemli bir isimdir. Çalışmanın sonuç kısmında ise araştırma ile alakalı değerlendirmelerde bulunulmuştur. Hz. Ömer'in zâhidâne yaşamı ve "sünnet-i seniyye'ye bağlılığı ile tüm insanlara örneklik teşkil eden manevi hayatı ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Yapılan araştırmada Hz. Ömer'in, fıkıh, hadis, tefsir ilimlerine olduğu kadar tasavvuf ilmine de önemli katkıları olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Hazrat-i 'Omar, was the second of the caliphates. Hazrat-i 'Omar comes to the forefront with his statesmanship, justice and jurisprudence. The aim of this research is to determine the place of Hazrat-i 'Omar in the discipline of mysticism and to reveal his exemplary personality. The study was formed in two parts after the introduction and ended with the conclusion part. In the introduction, the subject, purpose, method and sources of the research are given. In the first part of the study, Hazrat-i 'Omar life was examined in three parts: before the caliphate, during the caliphate and his death. In the pre-Caliphate period, 'Omar lineage, personality, marriages, conversion to Islam and Hazrat-i 'Omar during the Prophet's time are included. During the caliphate, 'Omar actions and state administration were mentioned, and finally his death was examined. In the continuation of the first part, the virtues of Hazrat-i 'Omar and the praised words of the Prophet and his companions about him are given. Then, the first chapter was concluded by mentioning his place in interpretation, hadith, fiqh and literature sciences. In the second part of the study, Hazrat-i 'Omar is included in the science of Sufism. In this section, firstly, how Hazrat-i 'Omar is mentioned in Sufi classics is mentioned. Afterwards, it was discussed how 'Omar influenced Sufism in the period of the sects, and the Omariyye path, which was attributed to Hazrat-i 'Omar, was mentioned. In the continuation of the second part, a comprehensive study has been made about Hazrat-i 'Omar the framework of mystical concepts such as piety, vera? Discernment, altruism, justice, glory, morals, fright-fear, resortation, isolation, wisdom and miraculous deed. The place of Hazrat-i 'Omar in the discipline of Sufism is undeniable. Because, although Hazrat-i 'Omar did not affect the mystical formations as much as Hazrat-i Abu Bakr and Hazrat-i Ali, he established himself as an important figure who set an example for concepts that are frequently used in Sufism such as piety, vera?, discernment, altruism, justice, glory, morals, fright-fear, resortation, isolation, wisdom and miraculous deed. In the conclusion part of this study, evaluations related to the research were made. It is aimed to reveal the spiritual life of Hazrat-i 'Omar, which sets an example for all people, with his devotee life and his devotion to the "Sunnah al-Saniyya". In the research, it was determined that Hazrat-i 'Omar made important contributions to the discipline of fiqh, hadith and tafsir, as well as to the discipline of Sufism.
