Koronavirüs Etki Ölçeği’nin Türkçe Geçerlik ve Güvenilirlik Çalışması

Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışma “Koronavirüs Etki Ölçeği’nin” Türkçe geçerlik ve güvenirliğinin yapılarak ülkemize yeni bir ölçme aracı kazandırmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışma metodolojik olarak Temmuz 2021- Haziran 2022 tarihleri arasında yürütülmüştür. Çalışmanın evrenini, Giresun Üniversitesi Prof. Dr. A. İlhan Özdemir Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi Aile Hekimliği Polikliniğine başvuran hastalar, örneklemini ise Aile Hekimliği Polikliniğine başvuran ve araştırma kriterlerine uyan 500 hasta oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın verileri “Kişisel Bilgi Formu” ve “Koronavirüs Etki Ölçeği” ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde sayı, yüzde, aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, korelasyon testi, t testi, açıklayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ve cronbach α güvenirlik katsayıları kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Ölçeğin Türkçe uyarlamasında çeviri-geri çeviri tekniği kullanılmıştır. Uzman görüşleri sonucunda ölçeğin geneline ilişkin kapsam geçerlik puanının 0.98 olduğu bulunmuştur. Ölçeğin KMO katsayısının 0.734 olduğu ve Bartlett testine ilişkin ki-kare değerinin p<0.05 düzeyinde anlamlı olduğu belirlenmiştir. Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi sonuçlarına göre ᵡ 2= 67.170; sd= 42 ve p=0.000 olarak bulunmuştur. Modelde x²/sd= 1.599 olduğu ve modelin uyumlu olduğu belirlenmiştir. Modelde S-RMR=0.028, CFI=0.923, AGFI=0.959, GFI=0.974 ve RMSEA=0.035 değerleri mükemmel uyumda bulunmuştur. Ölçeğin toplam cronbach α=0.704, birinci yarı cronbach α=0.702 ve ikinci yarı cronbach α =0.620 değerleri belirlenmiştir. Ölçeğin Spearman-Brown=0.628 ve Guttman Split-Half=0.624 testleri olarak bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Yapılan analizler sonucunda Koronavirüs Etki Ölçeği’nin Türk toplumu için geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçüm aracı olduğu bulunmuştur.

Aim: This study was carried out in order to provide a new measurement tool for our country by making the Turkish validity and reliability of the "Coronavirus Impact Scale". Material and Method: The methodological study was carried out between July 2021 and June 2022. The universe of the study, Giresun University Prof. Dr. A. İlhan Özdemir Training and Research Hospital Family Medicine Polyclinic, and the sample consisted of 500 patients who applied to the Family Medicine Polyclinic and met the research criteria. The data of the research were collected with the "Personal Information Form" and the "Coronavirus Impact Scale". Number, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, correlation test, t test, explanatory and confirmatory factor analysis and cronbach α reliability coefficient were used in the evaluation of the data. Results: Translation-back translation technique was used in the Turkish adaptation of the scale. As a result of expert opinions, the content validity score of the overall scale was found to be 0.98. It was determined that the KMO coefficient of the scale was 0.734 and the chi-square value of the Bartlett test was significant at the p<0.05 level. According to the Confirmatory Factor Analysis results, ᵡ2= 67.170; SD= 42 and p=0.000. It has been determined that x²/sd= 1.599 in the model and the model is compatible. S-RMR=0.028, CFI=0.923, AGFI=0.959, GFI=0.974 and RMSEA=0.035 values were found in perfect agreement in the model. Total Cronbach α=0.704, first half Cronbach α=0.702 and second half Cronbach α =0.620 values of the scale were determined. The scale was found to be Spearman-Brown=0.628 and Guttman Split-Half=0.624 tests. Conclusions: As a result of the analyzes made, it was found that the Coronavirus Impact Scale is a valid and reliable measurement tool for the Turkish society.
