THE EFFECT OF EMOTINAL INTELLIGENCE ON EXTRAVERSION

Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out the effect of emotional intelligence on extroverted personal type. In the theoretical part of the study, it has been given information regarding with quotent, emotional intelligence, personality, introversion, and extroverted personel types. Before the research part, the literature review has been given. Within the research part, it has been conducted survey study in order to determine whether or not emotional quotent has effect on extroverted personality. The prepared survey question has been asked to the staff working in the branches of Turkish Red Crescent Blood Donation at Kayseri, Sivas, Yozgat, Nigde, Nevsehir Simple Linear regression model has been used when analyzing the datas after the survey study This paper has been concluded that each dimension that belongs to emotional intelligence and emotional intelligence has an effect on extroverted personal type by examining the results obtained from the datas.
